Keystone Business Support, Inc. is a family owned and operated corporation headquartered in State College, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2005, Keystone has grown to  more than 70 employees.  Our Property Division, which includes Keystone PropertyCare™ & Keystone BankCare™, provides innovative, facility management and services, caring for 100+ buildings across 10 counties and growing.

We Value Security

While cleaning facilities, we regularly work with security systems, alarms, pass-codes, keys and locks.  We arm and disarm security systems over 145 times a week.  Our staff is honest, responsible,  reliable and are required to pass a full background check. ​

We Value Communication

Our Teams report any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages, and are prepared to problem solve. Most importantly we fix our mistakes.

Keystone Culture of Excellence & Accountability

Regular inspections by a crew leader, supervisor, or manager are our standard policy.  Everyone expects their work to be inspected. Excellence has become a part of our company culture.  With your consent, we inspect during normal business hours which provides a point of communication with you and also allows us to see what you see in the daylight.

Lance is apart of the Keystone Business Support founding team and has 13 years of operations experience. He is responsible for our estimates and bidding processes as well as talent and client management.  He is dedicated to helping clients identify their unique property care needs.
